Paris House

Set in 22 acres of stunning parkland, Michelin recommended and proud holder of 3AA rosettes Paris House is located on the Duke of Bedford's Estate here in Woburn.

Crafting exciting and innovative modern British dishes, Executive Chef & Owner Phil Fanning, along with his passionate team take a warm and friendly approach to fine dining.

Whether it be an intimate table for two, use of the private dining facilities, excitement on the iconic Chef's Table or cookery masterclasses with craftsman Phil, Paris House is the perfect setting to enjoy seasonal food, fabulous wines and great British hospitality.

Award-winning chef and owner of Bedfordshire’s Paris House, Phil Fanning, is delighted to have been awarded 'Best Fine Dining Restaurant' in the 2017 Bedfordshire Food & Drink Awards. The Award was collected by co-owner, Claire Fanning, and Head of Brand, Jo Freeman, at the Awards Ceremony in Luton this month.

The Awards are in their third year, with Paris House winning it's category in 2015 and achieving Highly Recommended last year. The 12 categories are decided solely by public vote so Phil is delighted to have won back this accolade and puts it down to a fabulous team. Phil says, “The team works tirelessly to ensure that customers' experience with us is a memorable one, both in terms of the food they eat and the service they receive. Our recent refurbishment has been particularly welcomed by customers and they are telling us that the new dining rooms are the icing on the cake. I'd like to thank my team for all their hard work, and of course our customers for voting for us – there really is no better endorsement than that of our customers.”

Phil Fanning is considered to be one of the brightest culinary talents and head chefs in the country, commanding a respected standing amongst his peers and critics for innovation and creative use of Japanese cooking techniques to refine and deliver exceptional and unmistakably British food.  Guests can enjoy six, eight or ten course seasonal tasting menus in beautiful surroundings with a fascinating history. Wine flights paired to each of the dishes are an additional highlight.
