PARIS HOUSE REOPENS ITS DOORS
Award-winning chef and owner of Bedfordshire’s fine dining restaurant Paris House, Phil Fanning, has announced the reopening on his stunning restaurant following a full refurbishment. Set in 22 acres ofdeer park on the Woburn Estate, the restaurant is in an idyllic location, and now has the décor to match.
Fanning bought the restaurant with his wife Claire in 2013 and, following three successful years of business growth, has reinvested to bring the restaurant up to date and delight customers even further.
A guest questionnaire at the end of 2016 told the Fannings that the Paris House experience was very much loved, but that the dining room would benefit from some TLC – this has been administered in abundance.Colours and fabrics are reflective of the Tudor style of the building and bring a real warmth and indulgence to the fabulous building. Diners' comfort has been at the forefront of the design since the restaurant's Tasting Menus can take up to four hours to enjoy. With all new furnishings and décor, this is a place to sit back and enjoy the culinary adventure, now in the comfort of a very special environment.
His Grace, the Duke of Bedford said; "Paris House is very close to my heart and has been loved by my family for generations. I'm thrilled that Phil and his team are taking it to the next stage of it's long and fascinating history. Phil is a trusted custodian of Paris House and by building a thriving business so helps to continue to build on the unique heritage of this fabulous building."
Owner Phil Fanning says, “We are delighted with our new look and so excited to see the guests' reaction. We set out to match the wow factor of the restaurant to the idyllic setting and the fabulous food that we serve, and I'm confident that we have achieved this. Now the time has come for our guests to fall in love with Paris House all over again.”
